Where does the time go?
I can't believe we've had our annual trip down to London to choose new frames to bring back up to our lovely clients.
That means the last year has flown over!
I have to say we had a great time down at 100% Optical (the London based trade show). Loads of the team came to see what's new in the optical world, to find new eyewear and to enjoy the atmosphere and buzz around such a big international event.
We were really pleased to see that some of our favourite eyewear brands have produced some amazing new season frames, and the good news is they are on their way to us up in Durham.
I'm sure our wives, husbands and partners think the weekend away is just a jolly, and yes we definitely enjoy it - in fact here are some pictures form where we went to dinner at the amazing Yi-Ban restaurant overlooking City Airport just over the river - but we enjoy it because we love eyewear! Would you believe my step count for the Saturday topped 20,000!?
